Find your calm at Arlene's

Arlene’s Artist Materials is thrilled to announce a latest venture partnered with local wellness expert and entrepreneur Tara Herrick Brown, MS. We  are offering a new workshop titled Focused Attention: A Guided Meditation scheduled to take place at the store on Saturday, April 4th, from 10:30 to 11:30am. Sometimes we feel scattered, and ultimately stagnant, in our lives and creative processes. This workshop will help you find a centered presence. “With everything happening nowadays it's almost impossible to find calm and stay centered.” says Andrew Ochal, the director of the Atelier at Arlene’s program. “That is why we reached out to Tara to offer this workshop to help people regain order in the chaos surrounding them.” The workshop is $15 per person and open to all levels. No previous experience necessary. To learn more about this workshop and everything happening at Arlene’s go to
