Introducing curbside pickup and shipping at Arlene’s
Arlene’s Artist Materials, the largest independently, family owned, fine art supply store in New York’s Capital Region, is thrilled to announce that we are now offering curbside pickup. The service is designed to help relieve stress on our customers while increasing convenience and efficiency of getting our products in their hands. The process is rather simple and easy for people of all ages to use. To start, customers call Arlene’s to place their order. We then shop the order and confirm with the customer that it is ready for pickup and payment. Next, the customer calls us when they arrive at Arlene's to pick up their order. The only thing left to do is give them their order so they can get on with their day. Customers must have a valid ID and show it at the time of pick up. This is to ensure we give the order to the correct person. Furthermore, customers can also put orders on hold and tell us when works best for them to pick up.
Don't want to make the trip to Arlene's? No problem. We can pack your order up and ship it to you. Please note shipping charges will be customized to each order and is based on the size of the package, weight, and where it is going. Now that's a win win situation.
